May 12, 2009 - Change to E-PCS Policy/Disclaimer

Notice of change to E-PCS

For the purposes of compliance and accountability, ORSA will be instituting a change to the Electronic Proposal Clearance System.

Beginning Thursday, May 14, the next time you log into E-PCS, you will be presented with a disclaimer that covers legal issues pertaining to E-PCS and the information it contains. In order to proceed into the application, you will be required to check the box indicating that you have read and understand the information. This is the same information that is posted on the E-PCS login screen.

This is a one time notification, and the disclaimer will not appear again. Questions or concerns should be addressed to our main office
