Post-Award Administration

Please note that awards are made to the University of Oregon as the official Grantee, and not to the Principal Investigator (except for some faculty awards). It is the responsibility of Sponsored Projects Services, in collaboration with the PI and the Department Grant Administrators, to monitor and administer those awards, including the submission and/or review of fiscal reports, sponsor invoicing, and grant close-outs. It is the responsibility of the PI to ensure that SPS receives all required information in a timely manner. Financial reports, progress reports, and all other reports should be submitted to SPS a minimum of three business days prior to the report deadline.
