grant-admin-arch: Grant-Admin-News: ORSA Training Class has been Re-scheduled

The ORSA training class on Cost Transfers for Grants and Contracts,
originally scheduled for Thursday, February 3, 2000, has been re-scheduled
to Thursday, March 16.  The class will be held from 9am to 11am in the
Walnut Room-EMU.
