The Vice Provost for Research has approved the use of an 8% Facilities and
Administrative (also called indirect) Cost Rate on all pre-proposals and
full proposals submitted to U.S. Department of Education's Funds for the
Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) Program.
