NIH Modular Grants Workshop to be held Friday, May 19

If you plan to submit a competing application to NIH for the June 1 or July
1, 2000 deadlines, this is your opportunity to learn more about the Modular
Grants application process implemented by NIH last year.  All proposals
requesting direct costs of $250,000 or less each year must be submitted as a
Modular application.  ORSA has developed instructions, spreadsheets and
helpful hints to assist Principal Investigators and Department Grant
Administrators in preparing Modular grant applications.  The workshop will
be held in ORSA's office, Suite 106, Riverfront Research Park, on Friday,
May 19, from 9:00 to 11:00 am (this is a change from the original time of
May 18 in the EMU).  Call ORSA at 6-5131 to register.
