RE:  Temporary Assignments for Sponsored Project Administrators in ORSA
 
Sponsored Project Administrators (SPA) in ORSA are assigned
responsibility by campus unit for all proposal and award activities in
that unit.  The assignment of units will change temporarily, until
Patricia Hawk returns from medical leave at the end of January or
shortly thereafter.  Effective January 10, 2002, all proposal and award
questions and requests for assistance from those units that were handled
by Pat should be addressed by phone, fax or email to the following SPAs:
 
All units in College of Education:     Kent Hardin  6-3139
Kent_Hardin@orsa.uoregon.edu <mailto:Kent_Hardin@orsa.uoregon.edu> 
 
All other units on campus:      Karen Findtner   6-2508

Kent and Karen will continue to serve as SPA for their own assigned
units.  For other grant-related activities, contact:

continuing subcontracts on grants in Pat's units, and

all journal vouchers on grant funds.
