Grant Admin News: Video conference on Grant Compliance Programs

The UO Office of Research Services and Administration (ORSA) announces a
live video satellite broadcast on research grant compliance programs,
scheduled for March 19 in Studio A-Media Services, from  8:30 am  to
12:30 pm.    The session, titled "From a Culture of Compliance to a
Culture of Concern:  Building a Compliance Education Program that
Works,"  is open to UO faculty and staff at no charge.  This broadcast
session is the third of a year-long series of video conferences
subscribed to by ORSA and presented by the National Council of
University Research Administrators (NCURA).
 
 
Program panelists include research administrators from California
Institute of Technology, Pennsylvania State University, Purdue
University, and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.  Also speaking
are the director of the Office for Human Research Protections and the
director of the Office of Research Integrity, both in the U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services.  Please call ORSA at 6-5131 to
