Grant-Admin-News: DGA Travel Award Program

The DGA Travel Award Program for 2002-03 is now soliciting applications
from Department Grant Administrators for the next two events coming up
for training and education in research administration:

Society of Research Administrators International (SRA) 2002 Annual
Meeting 
October 26-30, 2002, Orlando, FL 

National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) 44th
Annual Meeting 
November 3-6, 2002,  Washington, D.C. 



The complete announcement, application form, and budget are on ORSA's
web site at http://orsa.uoregon.edu under Training, DGA Travel Award
Program.  The PDF application form can be filled out on-line, then
printed for signatures.  The budget is an Excel spreadsheet that you can
save to your hard drive and revise to include any special workshops
(extra cost) requested.  

Following are the application deadlines, established to take advantage
of lower air fares and the lower registration fees.  Applications must
be submitted to ORSA for consideration of a travel award no later than:

SRA meeting:  August 9 

NCURA meeting:  August 23
