Expedited Proposal Clearance Process

• Preliminary budget reviews are now done in E-PCS
  
• Courier service provided for proposal pick-up in department for final review and clearance.
  *Call ORSA @6-5131 by 9 a.m. for pick-up by 10 a.m. or by 2:00 p.m. for pick-up by 3:00 p.m.
  
• Mailing of final proposal handled by ORSA (first class or overnight service) OR returned to department by courier if ready by 1 p.m. OR department may pick up and mail proposal.
  *Proposal mailing instructions form available from ORSA.
  
• Assistance by ORSA staff at any stage of proposal preparation and submission process, call 6-5131.
